Can I return /exchange items that I bought?
Full Exchange or Refund within 30 days from date of purchase only if:
The items you purchased has the original price tags, and must not have been altered, worn or soiled or if there was a factory manufacturing fault.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
Without proof of purchase, you will only be allowed to exchange an item at system price.
No refunds/exchanges on underwear .

Can I lay-by at a CODE store
Yes, you can lay-by at any of our stores. 20% Deposit & 3 months to pay off.
We only offer lay-by's in-store
CODE A+ Account Card
You can purchase online & in-store with your A+ card (Ackermans, Refinery, Shoe City, Dunns, Tekkie Town & Pep).
We unfortunately do not have a CODE account card. You can however apply for an A+ card at your nearest Ackermans, Refinery, Shoe City, Dunns, Tekkie Town, Pep stores and use that card at CODE.

How long does it take to deliver my items I ordered online
Main Centres 3-5 days after the order has left the warehouse
Regional Areas 7-10 days after the order has left the warehouse
Excluding Weekends & Public Holidays.
* Delivery times might change during SALE and Black Friday periods.
How much does delivery cost
You get free delivery if your order value if over the threshold - check out our homepage to see what the threshold is.
R50 will be charged at checkout if the total value of your order is below that amount
How do I return an item I ordered online?
We hope you love every purchase you make at CODE.
However, if you ever need to return a product you can do so within 30 days of receipt either at your nearest CODE store or via our online portal.
Simply follow the process below if you'd like to return it via our online portal:
When processing an online return please ensure all products remain in their original condition and packaging.

Enter the email address used to purchase the original order as well as the order number.
Please be sure to include the # symbol when entering your Order number.
Follow the on-screen prompts
A customer service agent will contact you to arrange pick up of the item
Please note that it may take up to 7 working days for a return to be processed once we have received your parcel.
For reasons of health and hygiene we cannot offer refunds jewellery, and underwear/Swimwear
Can I return my item at a store?
Yes you can! Please keep the tillslip and return it at your nearest store. You will be refunded via your A+ card if you paid with that card.
How do returns work in-stores?
We can refund you on your credit card or issue you a store voucher or cash.
We cannot refund you on a debit card .If you paid with your A+ card the amount will be credited back on the account card.
Do I have to create an online profile? what are the benefits if I do?
You can browse our site and even select products for your shopping basket without creating an account, however, once you are ready to make a purchase you will need to register an account before you can do so.
Once you've created an account, shopping with us will be an easy process and you will benefit from:

What if I forgot my password?

Do you deliver outside of South Africa?
We can currently only accept orders that have a delivery address in South Africa.
What payment types do you take?
We currently accept all Credit & Debit cards via our payment provider Peach Payments.
You can pay online using your A+ Refinery, Dunns, Shoe City, Tekkie Town, Ackermans & PEP cards.

How Secure is CODE's website?
We believe that online shopping should be as secure as shopping in a store.
Payments made via the website are encrypted, and are carried out by external and secure payment agencies Peach Payments.
We do not have access to any of your details relating to debit or credit cards or other banking information.
